Eligibility for participation in the Second Chance promotion is dictated by the rules and laws of the Maine Lottery.

To enter the Second Chance Drawings, players must enter the serial number of a non-winning Maine instant ticket, Game #300 $40,000,000 FORTUNE (“Game Ticket”).

Entries are to be filed in only one individual's name per entry.

Players may submit more than one (1) entry per monthly drawing. However, players are limited to one (1) win per monthly drawing.  Entries submitted for each monthly drawing will carry over into the next available monthly drawing unless the monthly drawing being conducted is the final drawing for the event.  Tickets entered after the deadline for the final monthly drawing of an event will be added to the next available monthly drawing and subsequent monthly drawings for the next event.  Entries received after the final entry deadline for the final event shall not be eligible for any Second Chance Drawing.

Odds of winning any prize in any Second Chance Drawing shall vary depending upon the number of entries received for the Second Chance Drawing.

Winners shall be notified by the lottery.

Winner names, town and state shall be posted on the Website.

Cash shall not be awarded in lieu of merchandise prizes.
